There are two main types of digital radiographs: intraoral (capturing images inside the mouth) and extraoral (images taken outside the mouth, like panoramic X-rays). – Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT): A more advanced form of imaging, CBCT provides a three-dimensional image of the teeth, soft tissues, and jawbone.
