Hayır, all on 6 tedavisi ağrılı değildir. All On 6 diş implantı tedavisi sırasında hastanın ağrı hissetmemesi için lokal anestezi uygulanır. Bu nedenle hasta cerrahi operasyon sırasında ağrı ve acı hissetmez. Ancak tedavi sonrasında hafif ağrılar meydana gelebilir. Bu ağrılar için diş hekiminin önerdiği ağrı kesiciler kullanılabilir.
